Eden Carbon Solutions Pty Ltd commissions EcoMetrix Africa to perform a Carbon Offset Feasibility Study.

EcoMetrix Africa is a management consulting firm specialised in climate change, the green economy and renewable energy. The firm is a spin-off of JP Morgan/ EcoSecurities and has substantial knowledge regarding the carbon credit generation process, the South African Carbon Tax Offset Regulations and low-carbon project development. As a result, Eden has commissioned EcoMetrix Africa to perform a Carbon Offset Feasibility Study for the application of our carbon capture and utilisation technology at the NPC cement manufacturing facility. The study aims to investigate the opportunities and challenges for carbon credit generation in this context and the potential for creating offsets within the South African carbon tax regulatory framework.”
